Compensation: $30,000 annually | 100 hours/month | Flexible Schedule

Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom (CB2TB) is a veteran- and community-focused nonprofit organization headquartered in Richmond Hill, Georgia. We are seeking a mission-driven and experienced Director of Program Development to join our leadership team. This role is critical in aligning program strategy with organizational priorities, securing long-term funding, and elevating our enterprise-wide impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive program development and fundraising strategy

  • Identify, research, and apply for public/private grants and funding sources

  • Cultivate and manage a donor portfolio of 100+ prospects, targeting gifts of $20K+

  • Serve as liaison for corporate sponsors, foundation partners, and major gift donors

  • Oversee strategic planning for fundraising events and campaigns

  • Manage data and reporting tools using Excel, CRM, and grant tracking systems

  • Coordinate volunteers in donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in nonprofit program development or fundraising

  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Proficiency in Excel, Grant Writing, and Fundraising Software
