We are excited to announce that The Natalie Foundation is looking for a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant with strong Communication skills.
This role will support our mission to improve the prenatal care in the USA, by reducing the amount of stillbirth by helping with day-to-day operations, managing accountant, auditor, newsletters, donor relations and outreach efforts.
What we’re looking for someone:

  • With at least 3- 5 years of non-profit experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive who can manage multiple projects

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative tasks (email, scheduling, data entry organization of files)
  • Supporting fundraising campaigns and community events (following up, organizing donor data base)
  • Helping with social media and donor communications
  • Bookeping 
  • Coordinating accountant and auditor
  • Responsible for compliance
  • Help with governance/Board meetings
  • Draft Agenda for meetings
  • Write meetings minutes
