Participant Support Supervisor

The Participant Support Supervisor manages a team of employees who work with participants and families, including populations such as seniors and disabled, homeless or at-risk of homelessness, along with all neighbors who make first contact with ACCESS. The ideal candidate has experience working with issues related to homelessness; substance abuse, mental health, and history of trauma. They can provide an advanced level of support to the staff members. This person will support the expansion and enhancement of ACCESS’ case management, rental assistance, energy assistance, and front desk programs.

New York City Executive Director

You will report to the Founder & CEO and be responsible for leading the day to day operations for ScriptEd’s New York City office and ensuring the ScriptEd mission is being successfully implemented.

Operations Coordinator

We are NPH USA, a non-profit which supports Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”), which is raising more than 3,200 orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru.

You will be ideal for this position, if you have:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous customer service experience
• A willingness to learn and grow
• An eye for detail and are organized
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Preferably a degree in business or human resources
• A year or two of previous experience in accounting or human resources

Senior Governance Specialist

With minimal supervision, the incumbent serves as a professional staff liaison to key ANA governance committees; administers governance programs; and provides professional consultation on complex governance issues, trends, best practices, etc. to volunteer leaders, constituent member associations, related professional organizations, and individual staff and teams across the ANA Enterprise. The incumbent is privy to confidential matters relating to personnel issues, internal labor relations, financial reports, business matters, strategic relationships with other organizations, and legal matters and may also manage special projects as assigned by the Director of Leadership Services.

Director of Rural Impact

The Director of Rural Impact is a full-time, senior-level professional position within Partners for Education at Berea College. This position will report to the Chief Strategy and Finance Officer. The Director of Rural Impact will be responsible for the management and oversight of an array of capacity-building programs, including the development of new initiatives, in support of Partners for Education’s strategic plan to influence systems and effect large-scale community change on behalf of Appalachian children. The primary duties revolve around planning and implementation of external capacity building programs built on the frameworks of collective impact and the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Results Count™. As Partners for Education works with other organizations within Appalachia and rural America to apply these frameworks, the Director of Rural Impact will lead design teams associated with these different programs and work closely with other Partners for Education staff to ensure these initiatives are successful and maintain fidelity to the models.

Executive Director, Northeast Public Power Association

For the last several years, NEPPA was very well-led by its Executive Director, who transitioned from the organization in March 2018 to pursue an opportunity with a national association. The eight-member Executive Committee of the board has assumed the responsibility of managing the search.
