Resource Development Professional

Overall Responsibilities will be twofold:

Managing all aspects of Volunteer and Donor back office support including database input and management, correspondence, reporting and analysis.

Managing individual and community group volunteers from initial contact, back office processing and scheduling, to collaborating with Programming Department and Site staff to plan, coordinate and manage volunteer program delivery.

Qualified candidates will:
• Have strong database management experience with Blackbaud Etapestry or Raiser’s Edge
• Have a high level of initiative, organizational and project management skills, the ability to multi-task and be very detail oriented
• Enjoy representing the Club with a wide variety of groups and individuals and have excellent relationship and stewardship skills
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
