Operations Associate

Vice President of Child & Family Wellbeing at SaintA

KEES has been exclusively retained by SaintA in its search for a new Vice President of Child & Family Wellbeing.

The Vice President of Child & Family Wellbeing is a collaborative, compassionate leader who oversees all operations and activities of the Child Welfare Program at SaintA. This is an instrumental, newly reshaped senior leadership position overseeing upwards of 70% of SaintA’s work. The VP will possess a deep understanding of and experience in the principles of trauma informed care. The adoption of the Families First Prevention Services Act will inform the upcoming direction of SaintA’s work. The VP will need to focus on developing, implementing and evaluating new systems in alignment with Families First in key program areas. Direct reports for this position include the Director of Child Welfare Services, Foster Care and Licensing Program Manager, and Administrative Services Director.

Executive Director Responsibilities
• Provide strategic vision and leadership to fulfill RIP Medical Debt’s mission while operationalizing growth.
• Actively engage in building and diversifying the organization’s funding base and lead the effort to grow revenue and donors to ensure RIP Medical Debt has the funds required to meet its ambitious debt abolishment goals.
• Serve as a credible and enthusiastic spokesperson for RIP Medical Debt, leveraging its strong brand and clearly communicating its vision and value proposition.
• Lead effective change management to support the organization’s evolution while building a cohesive culture and strong esprit de corps across a distributed team structure.
