Administrative Coordinator/Part Time 15-20 hrs. Per Week

We are looking for an individual with administrative experience and working knowledge of our platforms.The individual must be personable, responsible and have strong communication skills. The job will requires 15-20 hours per week remotely and the ability to pick up mail once or twice per week at our NYC location. It will require communicating with our staff during the remote time as needed and a thorough knowledge of our operating platforms(see below)

Executive Coordinator

The Executive Coordinator will support the National Director and senior leadership by providing expert organizational and administrative support. The Executive Coordinator will report to the National Director. This is a full-time, exempt position.

HCVP Manager

Charter Oak Communities is currently seeking an energetic, customer service-focused individual to manage our HCVP department. The HCVP Manager serves as the primary point of contact for program participants with customer service issues related to the HCVP (Section 8) and is responsible for the daily operations of the department.  This position will report to the Director of Housing Opportunity.

Weeksville Educators are essential to facilitating tours and programs. While the primary responsibility of the role is to conduct historic house tours for groups and walk-in visitors, Weeksville Educators help visitors see, connect, and engage with Weeksville’s historical past and contemporary importance, in new ways. Trained in student-centered approaches and empower visitors to express themselves and their values, opinions, and thoughts.

Visitor Services Representative

The Visitor Services Representative is the first point of contact between Weeksville and most of its public visitors and is essential to building awareness, continued visitors, and overall relations with the wider community. The Visitor Services Representative provides exceptional customer service to visitors and general information to the public about Weeksville Heritage Center through walk-ins and tours as well as calls and online inquiries.

Receptionist and Conference Sales Coordinator

The welcoming face and voice of Pendle Hill, creating a hospitable and helpful atmosphere for hundreds of annual conference rental participants, participants in programs for spiritual enrichment, and for individuals on a personal retreat (sojourners). This is a collaborative role serving as a hub of information and communications and specializing in completing bookings in our hospitality software, Megasys, assisting with conference leader communications, and speaking to general inquiries.

Receptionist

The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati seeks a full-time or part-time Spanish-Speaking Receptionist in our Downtown Cincinnati office to welcome visitors and answer calls that come in through our main number.
