Executive Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Executive Assistant provides essential administrative support to EIP’s leadership team and Board of Directors, the Center for Applied Environmental Science, and the organization’s day-to-day operations. The role blends administrative work, internal and external coordination, event planning, and occasional research or special assignments. The Executive Assistant is a key member of the Ways & Means Team and will work in the DC Office at least two days per week.

Executive and Engagement Assistant

ACEEE seeks an Executive and Engagement Assistant to support the executive team, serve as a liaison to its Board of Directors, and keep staff committees running smoothly. Reporting to the chief operating officer, the position provides a blend of administrative work, event planning, writing projects, and independent responsibilities.

Victim Services Manager

The Victim Services Manager leads survivor-centered advocacy services in Bedford County, providing direct support, crisis intervention, outreach, and community education. This role supervises advocacy staff, offers reflective supervision and case consultation, ensures service quality and confidentiality, and participates in a shared on-call rotation. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Manager helps strengthen trauma-informed services and support survivors’ healing and empowerment.

Executive Director – Amigos Hospitalito Atitlán (AHA)

Amigos Hospitalito Atitlán, currently comprised of an all-volunteer board, is seeking to hire an executive director. We are looking for an experienced, self-directed, collaborative nonprofit leader who can work with significant autonomy to grow our donor base, deepen relationships with existing supporters, and serve as a bridge between our US community and the remarkable people doing the work of providing lifesaving care in Guatemala. This role is remote, with occasional travel to Guatemala.

Development Director

The Development Director is an experienced manager and innovative leader who guides strategies and action to meet Columbia Riverkeeper’s fundraising goals and raise the profile of the nonprofit across the region. They lead a high-performing team that includes a development manager, senior grants manager, and database specialist. The Development Director also coordinates with communications, finance, and program staff to advance the organization’s values and fundraising goals.

Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, Margaret Spellings, will provide high-level executive administrative support to the President and CEO and ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the President and CEO is sufficiently prepared for all meetings, board interaction, appearances, and events.

Managing Director, Sales and Operations

The Managing Director of Sales and Operations is responsible for driving sustainable Business-to-Business (B2B) growth while leading and strengthening the systems, teams, strategy, and customer experience that support it.
