Director of Development and Communications

The Director of Development and Communications is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the Annual Fund Appeal process (includes individual and major gifts, corporate partners, foundation, and government support), Spring Gala, and cultivation events. The Director of Development and Communications identifies and engages donor prospects, cultivates donor relationships, solicits financial support, maintains donor relationships, and assists with the Parents Association volunteer base. This individual reports to the Executive Director and works closely under the guidance and direction of the School’s Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of annual programming, ensuring implementation of policies and procedures, and maintaining budget and tracking expenditures.

Programs Assistant, Program Services

The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T./New York) – a leading service and advocacy organization for New York City’s more than 400 nonprofit theatres – seeks a Programs Assistant, Program Services to support the work of the Programs Department with a focus on grant, loan, and educational programming.

Finance and Administrative Associate

Triangle Land Conservancy seeks a highly motivated candidate who will report to the Director of Finance and Administration and is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, human resources, and office administration.
This Finance and Administrative Associate works closely with the Development Department to ensure timely and accurate recording and reconciliation of all gifts and supports the Executive Director with scheduling and some clerical duties.

Database Associate

The Database Associate is responsible for Caldera’s key database systems: Raiser’s Edge, cloud-based fundraising and donor management software, and Apricot, program management software used to track youth participants, program activities, and outcomes. This position will serve both the Development and Programs teams in the areas of gift/data entry and processing, data analysis and reporting, maximizing database function and maintaining systems integrity. This position reports to the Director of Advancement and secondarily, the Youth Program Director, with regular collaboration with other staff.
