Operations Manager

The Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC) seeks a dynamic Operations Manager to ensure that SEARAC’s internal infrastructure runs seamlessly. This includes managing the organization’s daily administrative functions including bookkeeping and reporting, human resource management, information technology, executive support, volunteer and intern programs, procurement, and facilities management. The Operations Manager also provides ongoing support in internal evaluation and event planning.

Philanthropy Specialist

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Development for Foundations and Major Gifts, provides administrative support for the Development Department. The primary objective of the Philanthropy Specialist is to help support the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major ($50,000+) gifts to the organization.

Director of Strategy and Operations/Chief Operating Officer

The Tobin Project, a nonpartisan, nonprofit research organization aimed at fostering innovative scholarship on the most pressing national challenges of the 21st century, seeks a Director of Strategy and Operations / Chief Operating Officer. The DSO/COO will serve as a member of Tobin’s executive management team, working alongside the Director of Research to lead and manage the organization’s daily operations and strategic development. Reporting directly to and working closely with the President, the DSO/COO will assume primary responsibility for managing Tobin’s financial and other resources, help to create and execute our organizational and fundraising strategies, and collaborate with the Director of Research to lead and develop Tobin’s team.

Special Assistant

As the first settlement house in the nation and for over 130 years, University Settlement has been empowering New York residents by building on their strengths through comprehensive, quality services that meet the current needs of the community; innovation that anticipates future needs; and advocacy to improve the community as a whole.

As the Special Assistant, you will report directly to the Executive Director (ED) and play a key role in managing the ED’s day-to-day affairs as the ED works to support University Settlement. This role interfaces with many of the agency’s stakeholders – board members and their assistants, agency administration, government and private funders, community members, external partners, elected officials, and the staff of University Settlement. You are the ED’s overall administrative partner and will also provide support to four Associate Executive Directors (AED) for Programs and other staff members in research, writing and organizing projects, coordinating day-to-day operations of the administrative office.

Assistant, Legislative Affairs

The SiX legislative Program Assistant is an integral part of the national legislative team to support SiX’s core work to support legislators. This position will primarily work to support the Legislative Director including the general work of the Legislative Department including its State Directors and general outreach to legislators.

Executive Director

Basic Function
The Executive Director is directly responsible for the overall management of the organization including organizational leadership, budgeting, financial planning and asset management, grant compliance, fund development, fiscal management, and program oversight. The Executive Director reports to and works in partnership with the Board of Directors and supports, guides, and supervises the staff.

Public Relations Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Public Theater is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Public Relations Coordinator to join its Communications team to help amplify the organization’s productions, programs, and mission through skillfully planned and executed public relations campaigns.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Public Relations, the Coordinator will support the PR team through a variety of research, writing, and editing projects, as well as interview coordination, ticketing, and general administrative duties.

Public Relations Manager

The Public Theater is seeking a savvy, strategic, and collaborative public relations professional to join its Communications team to amplify the organization’s productions, programs, and mission through skillfully planned and executed public relations campaigns.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Public Relations, the Public Relations Manager will build and maintain relationships with key reporters across the media, develop captivating narratives and pitches for a wide array of productions and programs, collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment, and support the continued development of the PR team through innovative thinking and some departmental duties.
