Summary
Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to take CPI into its next chapter. This is an unpaid role at the start, but it offers the freedom to grow the organization in new directions, pursue funding, and develop your own initiatives alongside CPI’s core mission. We are now in a prime position for grant opportunities but have lacked the bandwidth in the past to pursue them fully.
CPI’s programs operate in diverse contexts, including:
-
Storytelling in Zambia – Reaching children with creative and educational activities.
-
Hospital-based healing programs in Türkiye – For children with cancer.
-
Inclusive arts for children with disabilities in Ghana.
Our work has touched children in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. You can read more about our programs here: https://childsplayintl.org/
The Role:
-
Provide strategic leadership for a global nonprofit.
-
Expand fundraising and grant-seeking efforts.
-
Collaborate with international partners to grow programs.
-
Develop additional initiatives aligned with CPI’s mission.
If you or someone you know is passionate about children’s resilience, education, and creativity, and is ready to take on a meaningful leadership challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s start a conversation: Contact CPI at linda.saetre@childsplayintl.org. Please send resume and covefr letter.
