The National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership is a dynamic organization dedicated to inspiring leadership and character development through the values of the Medal of Honor. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to meet their moment with courage, integrity, commitment, sacrifice, citizenship, and patriotism. We offer a range of educational programming and resources, including workshops, seminars, online learning materials, and more, designed to help individuals develop the skills and qualities necessary for effective leadership to build a values-based organizational culture. Who Are We Looking For?
The President and Chief Executive Officer will develop and recommend plans, policies and strategies for the organization in accordance with the policies of the Board of Directors. This individual will possess strong leadership skills and be responsible for the overall operation of the organization, including the strategic plan, budget and finance, the education platform, development team, human resources, marketing, and must have a proven track record of driving a metrics-based approach to fundraising. The President and Chief Executive Officer will be the primary individual responsible for fundraising.
