Summary
The Administrative Associate provides support for development, communications, and administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing donor and constituent records in the CRM, assisting with gift processing, generating reports, coordinating donor communications, and supporting events and campaigns. Additionally, this role contributes to communications efforts by creating simple graphics and visual materials for email, social media, and promotional collateral.
Description
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, correspondence, and local errands.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update donor and prospect records in the CRM.
- Generate reports, mailing lists, and dashboards as needed for fundraising campaigns, events, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and assist with database clean-up and maintenance.
- Support gift entry, acknowledgment letters, and donor stewardship tracking.
Event Support
- Assist in planning and execution of cultivation and fundraising events.
- Coordinate event logistics such as guest lists, RSVPs, vendor communications, and day-of support.
- Prepare event collateral, including name tags, signage, and programs.
- Support post-event follow-up including donor acknowledgments and data entry.
Graphic Design and Communications
- Create branded digital and print materials such as invitations, newsletters, presentations, and fundraising appeals.
