The Opportunity

Austin Community Foundation is entering a pivotal moment in its evolution—one defined by continued growth, bold aspirations, and the advancement of its mission and vision. The incoming CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team—helping shape ACF's long‑term financial direction and ensuring the organization is equipped to meet its growing ambitions. They will lead the financial strategy that underpins major initiatives: expanding impact‑investing programs such as FundATX, advancing the community endowment, improving enterprise planning and analysis, and increasing visibility into cost‑to‑serve and mission‑subsidy models.
