The Central Louisiana Community Foundation (CLCF) is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Chief Financial Officer to oversee its financial, budget, accounting, and investment activities. CLCF is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) community foundation serving 12 parishes in Central Louisiana. Governed by a volunteer board of directors, its mission is to connect people to priorities they care about and increase charitable giving in order to advance the quality of life for all in our communities.
The CFO will direct the CLCF’s overall financial and investment activities. In addition, the CFO is responsible for human resource management, benefits administration, and risk management of CLCF. The CFO provides supervision, direction, and guidance in the areas of fiscal operations, controls, and accounting procedures and ensures compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations in coordination with an auditing firm. The CFO serves as a member of CLCF’s leadership team and assists in structuring charitable gifts, investments, and grant initiatives.
Reports To: President/CEO and Board of Directors
Position Status: 1.0 FTE, Salaried Exempt
Compensation: Salary $70K – $80K dependent on experience
