Description

The Community Development Program Manager will lead the development, coordination, and execution of Community Development initiatives in alignment with the bank’s CRA objectives and regulatory requirements. The Community Development Manager will collaborate with internal partners and community organizations to drive positive change and impact in the communities we serve ensuring we reach the underserved and low-to-moderate income individuals and communities.

**How you will spend your time:**

+ You will define and develop the program strategy and project structure for community development initiatives for the organization through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs, tracking activities and outcomes.

+ You will provide program support for the community development relationship managers across the organization in their business development and outreach efforts.

+ You will provide Community Development content, education, and support production goals to bankers who produce outcomes related to the program objectives.

+ You will foster and maintain partnerships with first-time homebuyer programs, credit counseling agencies, ESOs (Entrepreneurial Support Organizations) and other community partners who can support existing and potential clients.

+ You will establish and maintain relationships with community organizations including but not limited to community groups, minority business groups, non-profit, and community agencies.

+ You will work with internal partners to identify product and service solutions to deliver TUCE (the Unparalleled Customer Experience) for individuals and communities.

+ You will identify and coordinate the referral of potential business opportunities to other areas of the bank.

+ You will lead the discussions and recommendations for enhanced procedures that align with the program and bank’s objectives for financial inclusion.

+ You will work closely with marketing and communications to ensure inclusive marketing efforts and communication plans are appropriately applied.

+ Other duties as assigned.

– You have 8-10 years of community development experience

– You have bank management experience

– You have experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization

– You have experience with program development and management

– You have strong communication and analytical skills

**Compensation Range:**

Minimum: $83,200.00 – Maximum: $214,560.00
