Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) seeks an accomplished, strategic, and mission-driven executive to serve as its next Senior Vice President of Finance & Facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Indiana's most respected nonprofit organizations at a time of significant growth, increasing statewide impact, and expanding financial complexity.
The Senior Vice President of Finance and Facilities will play a critical leadership role in helping IYI translate ambitious strategic objectives into sustainable operational and financial results. Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, human resources, facilities, risk management, and organizational compliance.
IYI is seeking a leader who can successfully balance strategic vision with operational excellence, a finance executive who enjoys serving as both advisor and builder. The next Senior Vice President of Finance and Facilities will have the opportunity to strengthen systems and infrastructure, develop organizational financial literacy, support continued growth, and ensure the organization remains well-positioned to advance its mission for years to come.
The salary range for this position annually is between $150,000 – $195,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
