Summary

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Executive Vice President/Chief Program Officer provides practical and visionary leadership and strategic direction to four regional directors to ensure that every program across the state reflects a deep commitment to person-centered supports and services, community inclusion, and dignity of everyone served. The EVP/CPO fosters collaboration, consistency, and innovation to ensure high quality alignment with Echoing Hills’ values and strategic goals.

Seeking EVP/Chief Program Officer – Echoing Hills Village

Our mission is to revolutionize lives where individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities live, learn, connect, play and worship. Founded in 1967 by Rev. Cordell Brown and today serving over 900 individuals annually across the State of Ohio, Echoing Hills Village is seeking a successor to its retiring Executive Vice President/Chief Program Officer. With a team of 500 members, our core services include ICF group homes and waiver services to young adult education day programs to its fully accessible summer camps, respite weekends, and travel trips. Qualifications:  A demonstrated Christian background to embrace The Echoing Way with the ability to fulfill the mission and purpose of the Ministry.  Also,   

  • Ten years prior I/DD operations experience with at least 5 years leading and executing organizational and programmatic strategies, staff operations.  
  • Master’s degree in human services or business-related fields.
  • Demonstrated operational expertise working within I/DD community with contemporary knowledge of new developments, technology, and changes in the field.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of federal and state Medicaid Rules and Regulations.
  • Exemplary skills in organizational culture and project management.
  • Comfortable excelling in a home office/hybrid environment with regional in-state travel.

Benefits: Commensurate with experience, starting salary range of $160K to $180K. Benefit package includes comprehensive insurance coverage of medical, dental, vision, generous PTO (vacation, holiday and sick days), automobile with gas card.
