The President and CEO provides overall leadership and direction for All Chicago, reporting to the Board of Directors and serving as the organization's primary external representative. The role requires a leader who is highly visible, trusted, and effective in relationship based environments, while also ensuring that the organization is well managed, financially sound, and positioned for long-term impact. Throughout all aspects of the role, the President and CEO is expected to lead with steadiness, judgment, and integrity, helping the organization and its partners navigate complexity while remaining grounded in shared purpose.

The successful candidate will have experience leading within complex, multi stakeholder environments and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and systems under pressure. Credibility with a broad range of constituencies is essential, as is the ability to earn trust through consistency, listening, and follow through. At the same time, the ideal candidate will bring strong management instincts, including an understanding of financial systems, audits, and organizational risk, and a demonstrated ability to delegate to and support a high performing leadership team. While familiarity with federal, state, and local funding streams is important, All Chicago welcomes candidates whose core strength lies in leading people and systems through complexity, and who are prepared to learn quickly while relying on internal expertise.

All Chicago offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation for this position is anticipated to be between $260,000 – $300,000 on an annual basis and will be commensurable with experience.
