With a vision to ensure every young person who needs a mentor has access to one, FFY has served over 4,500 youth from low-income BIPOC families across the San Francisco Peninsula. We’re looking for a Head of Accounting to join our Finance Team to lead core accounting operations and strengthen financial infrastructure. In this role, you will lead accounting operations with a focus on financial close, reporting, treasury, and compliance (including audit and relevant tax filings), while enhancing processes, strengthening controls, and improving operational effectiveness.
