The Transformation Manager works within the Quality Center implementing transformation projects across the Clinical Affairs Division (CAD). This position will support the overall clinical, quality and transformation efforts of the Quality Center and Division. Requires a focus on health systems transformation, population health, quality improvement and data. Ensure deliverables are met on time and well-coordinated within the Quality Center and across CAD.
The successful candidate will have experience managing projects in support of systems transformation and coaching quality improvement work. This talented professional has strong analytical and data analysis skills and a passion for leading clinical transformation.
