Northern Plains Resource Council seeks a Senior Organizer who will develop and lead trainings on community organizing and power for our members, and work hand-in-hand with staff organizers to develop the organizing skills, leadership, and commitment of members and leaders across Northern Plains’ base.
As the President/CEO, you will serve as the chief strategist and leader of UWYC, shaping a bold agenda for lasting community impact. Leading a talented team of approximately 10 full-time and 35 part-time staff, you will inspire collaboration across private, public, and corporate sectors to address critical community needs. Your expertise in strategic leadership, resource generation, and team empowerment will position UWYC as a trusted and innovative partner in the region.
The Director of Civic Engagement will lead our civic engagement efforts, support the development of strong organizing and campaign strategy, and help our members and staff build grassroots power to win.
