The Development Manager supports our fundraising work in a number of ways including: administration, campaign design and execution, and special events. The position works strategically with most departments across the organization and fundraising consultants to help us maximize our fundraising activities; engaging externally with community members, board members, and program partners.

The incumbent is responsible for the development and execution of all fundraising, marketing and communications activities for the organization. Weeksville Heritage Center currently focuses on government and institutional giving, while individual and corporate funding are emerging areas and the Director of Development will work to increase its funding diversification.
