The Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd in the United States and Toronto are in a time of transformation toward a new Regional Structure. The Executive Team, which includes the Director of Regional Administration, will play an essential role. The Director of Regional Administration is responsible for the oversight of all administrative operations, human resources, facilities, and financial functions of the Region, including personnel in these areas.
