As the Associate Director of Campaigns, you will lead the development and execution of campaigns to advance THL and OWA’s missions, shaping strategies that drive measurable animal welfare impact. In this role, you will manage and mentor the Corporate Campaigns team, including coaching managers, fostering professional growth, and ensuring high-quality execution of global campaigns.

You will develop and execute a dynamic and comprehensive planned giving strategy to drive revenue growth, set the annual marketing and communications plan, and serve as the organizational expert on planned giving. You will manage a portfolio of over 200 Legacy Society members and 300 identified planned giving prospects, cultivating and stewarding relationships and securing gifts that advance THL’s long-term mission.

As VP of Operations, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing efficient and effective systems, processes, and procedures across the organization. You will thrive in this role as a systems thinker, with a focus on building lean, nimble, and cost-effective operations functions that maximize every donor dollar by minimizing overhead costs and ensuring our staff can remain laser-focused on their programmatic work.

Drive transformational philanthropic investment to end factory farming worldwide. As Director of Global Philanthropy, you will play a pivotal role in driving THL’s global revenue growth, building deep and lasting donor relationships, and leading the strategy for a high-performing major gifts program currently raising $6M+ annually.
