Summary
The HBPC Clinical Dietitian is the medical nutrition expert responsible for independently planning, developing and directing all nutritional care activities for assigned clients, including those with complex medical and nutritional needs in the home care setting. Works with a multidisciplinary to provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex Veteran population in the home care setting.

The Sioux Falls Clinical Pastoral Education program is accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE); the Chaplain CPE must be an ACPE certified educator.

The Chaplain addresses the spiritual component of health and wellness and ensures pastoral care is fully integrated and based on the needs, desires, and voluntary consent of the Veteran, caregiver, or staff.
