Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is an important colleague who will provide support to the President and CEO in a number of ways, including: administration, research, and special events. The Administrative Assistant works strategically with most departments across the organization to help manage the CEO’s time and commitments. The incumbent will engage externally with community members and program partners.

Security Guard

Weeksville’s Security Guard will be a security position patrolling Weeksville Heritage Center grounds including historic homes, gallery, exhibitions, and building ensuring all areas are secure, both inside and outside its facilities.

Development Associate

The Development Associate is an important colleague who will support our fundraising work in a number of ways including: administration, campaign design and execution, and special events. The position works strategically with most departments across the organization and fundraising consultants to help us maximize our fundraising activities. The Development Associate also engages externally with community members, board members, and program partners.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee and champion the organization’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, transitioning the migration of WHC data from multiple data systems into one integrated data management system. In addition, the Operations Manager will supervise members of the guest services team as well as liaise with technology, human resources, and facilities.

Operations Director

The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day activities related to operations, technology, and facilities, as well as work with the CEO and others to craft a vision of a progressive arts, culture, and historical organization that is focused on engaging the public through programs, education, preservation and collections.
