Reporting to the CEO, the individual serves as a high-level liaison with the Academy Board of Governors and Academy Foundation Board. In this role, you will provide administrative and strategic board-related support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Board of Governors, and Academy Foundation Board of Trustees, communicating effectively with board members, their assistants, and staff across the Academy and ensuring board affairs are handled strategically, discreetly, and thoughtfully.
Job Highlights The Controller oversees general ledger management, financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and internal controls to provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to meet the strategic priorities and operational objectives of the organization. This position requires technical accounting expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
