The Director plays a critical role in supporting NFF’s financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness. This role leads key accounting work streams with a primary focus on grant accounting and compliance, program accounting support, and special projects as they arise. This role partners closely with program, lending, and finance colleagues to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong stewardship of restricted funds, and compliance with federal and funder requirements.
