The Director of Philanthropic Impact plays an operational, programmatic, and strategic role in advancing the organization’s mission to foster impactful, values-driven philanthropy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropic Impact, this role provides leadership across learning programs, Collaborative Funds donor philanthropic advisement, and cross-sector partnerships, while overseeing complex projects from design through execution.

The Senior Director, Jewish Community Foundation leads strategy and operations to grow assets and advance long-term impact. This role drives Donor Advised Funds, endowments, and collaborative funds, strengthens donor relationships, and positions the Foundation as a leading philanthropic partner. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in gift planning, donor engagement, and a passion for community impact.
