The Senior Director of Finance & Operations (SDFO) is the senior finance leader, responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health, integrity, and sustainability while partnering with the COO to strengthen the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support the organization’s operations. The SDFO provides strategic leadership for accounting, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, grants management, cash management, compliance, and organizational risk management.
