Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director will have operational and fiscal responsibility for Cross Plains Community Partner’s staff and programs. Seeking a leader who is a strategic big thinker with the capabilities to continue to develop and grow the organization; who can pivot to accommodate continuous change. The ED is business minded, provides leadership in a way that enables the team to reach their full potential, is well-connected and resourceful in IDD.
