Operations and Finance Manager

Working Circle is a growing nonprofit dedicated to ensuring wolves, livestock, and people coexist and thrive on shared landscapes. The Operations and Finance Manager will ensure the organization’s financial, administrative, HR, compliance, and operational systems run smoothly. This position will work independently across multiple functions, build efficient systems, and partner with staff and external advisors to support organizational growth.

Southern Maine Community Outreach Manager

Manager of Development Operations

CRWA is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, systems-minded Manager of Development Operations to take ownership of our fundraising infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Philanthropy, this role serves as the primary administrator for our donor database, gift processing, and development reporting, ensuring clean data, seamless workflows, and reliable operational support for our growing team.

Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gift Officer (MGO) is passionate about the mission of Island Institute and contributes to the organization by growing philanthropic revenue from individual donors and family foundations. The MGO works as an integral member of the Philanthropy team, meeting both individual and team fundraising goals.
