Manager of Development Operations and Data

Resources for the Future (RFF) is an independent, nonprofit research institution in Washington, DC. Our mission is to improve environmental, energy, and natural resource decisions through impartial economic research and policy engagement.

The Manager of Development Operations and Data provides oversight and management over all financial reporting, database management, and administrative functions of the Development Office, in service of advancing the use of accurate, comprehensive data to enhance RFF’s fundraising and donor engagement strategies. The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices that support efficient and accurate gift processing, data management, reporting, and analysis. The Manager oversees one staff member and is responsible for all aspects of RFF’s donor database.

Director of Programs, Calvary Women’s Services

The Director of Programs (Director) leads Calvary’s efforts to provide the highest quality housing and comprehensive support services to homeless women. In collaboration with the CEO, the Director, oversees a portfolio of programs and services, provides supervision, coaching and professional development to program staff, and evaluates the effectiveness of programs across multiple sites.

Partnerships Developer (Major Gifts)

Protect Democracy is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as Partnership Developer specializing in donor relations and major gifts. As the manager of our major gifts program, you will play a key role in ensuring the future of Protect Democracy by serving as a prominent member of the Protect Democracy fundraising team, responsible for cultivating donor relationships, representing the organization to donors, prospects and other external audiences, and fostering innovation and growth in Protect Democracy’s fundraising practices.

Immigration Policy Advocate

The Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC) seeks a full-time Immigration Policy Advocate to lead our national immigration advocacy activities through policy analysis, advocacy, community engagement and organizing, and coalition building. The position’s key goals include building key policy champions on the national level, advancing SEARAC’s legislative and administrative immigration priorities, and providing policy technical assistance for local and state partners. SEARAC’s immigration work focuses on the unique needs and rights of Southeast Asian Americans (SEAAs) and other LPRs who are subject to mandatory detention and deportation because of old criminal convictions, as well as other immigration policies that impact SEAA communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to foster engagement among diverse – and even competing – groups, ranging from policy makers to local partners. They will be an exceptionally quick learner, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be able to work both independently and as a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration and/or criminal justice issues affecting SEAA communities and other communities of color and will be able to effectively execute legislative and community awareness campaigns, as well as work productively in coalitions and partnerships. The candidate should also have a deep familiarity with the Southeast Asian American (SEAA) community. The individual reports to the Director of National Policy and is a critical member of SEARAC’s policy team.

This position is based in Washington, D.C.
