Executive Director, After-School All-Stars

After-School All-Stars (ASAS) is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to take on the role of Executive Director for its Philadelphia/Camden Chapter. The Executive Director will have the unique opportunity to lead a growing organization dedicated to providing free, comprehensive after-school programs to children in need. Reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Executive Director will work closely with the Advisory Board, local staff, and ASAS national teams.

Operations Manager

This key managerial role will focus on enhancing systems and processes across Information Technology (IT), Office Management, and Human Resources (HR) to ensure the organization functions efficiently and effectively. the Operations Manager will work closely with staff across all departments to support the organization’s mission and programs. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, improving organizational systems, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Temporary, Part Time Controller

For a minimum of three months, the YouthBuild Controller will support the mission of the YBPCS by temporarily overseeing all financial activities and communicating financial information to the Leadership team. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Controller will be in charge of all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal controls.
