Front Desk Manager

Working under the direct supervision of leadership, the Front Desk Manager will oversee front-facing desk operations and ensure the Patient Access Representatives (PAR) deliver excellent customer service, handles requests and complaints efficiently, and maintains a professional image. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead internal and external operations of the organization and oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of a supportive, residential transitional housing program for adults experiencing homelessness. With the backing of a supportive Board of Directors, it is the task of the Executive Director to develop and oversee all personnel, organizational, financial, and operational matters in advancing the mission and values of GH+.

Administrative Associate

The Administrative Associate provides support for development, communications, and administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing donor and constituent records in the CRM, assisting with gift processing, generating reports, coordinating donor communications, and supporting events and campaigns. Additionally, this role contributes to communications efforts by creating simple graphics and visual materials for email, social media, and promotional collateral.

Program Representative

The Program Representative is responsible for a caseload of clients participating in a federal or state rental assistance program that we manage. Under the supervision of the Director of Rental Assistance the Program Representative ensures that program participants and owners receiving rental assistance comply with program requirements in accordance with all applicable state or federal regulatory requirements as well as RCAP’s internal policies and procedures.
