Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO drives enterprise-wide operational strategy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. A core focus of this role is direct oversight and leadership of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administration. The COO supervises Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations.
The Deputy Director serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and is charged with overseeing the programmatic operations of the organization, including the administration of the artist residency program, educational outreach, and public programs. This position combines high level strategic oversight with hands on staff management, ensuring effective mission delivery and meeting larger organizational goals and priorities.
