Integrated Executive Assistant (Part-Time Contractor)

BRW is seeking a highly organized, mission-aligned Integrated Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director during a critical startup and growth phase. This role sits at the center of communications, operations, and coordination—supporting leadership while helping maintain clear systems, compliant workflows, and protected information.

Front Desk Manager

Working under the direct supervision of leadership, the Front Desk Manager will oversee front-facing desk operations and ensure the Patient Access Representatives (PAR) deliver excellent customer service, handles requests and complaints efficiently, and maintains a professional image. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead internal and external operations of the organization and oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of a supportive, residential transitional housing program for adults experiencing homelessness.
