Reporting to the Board, this role oversees programs, finances, and partnerships, advancing MVCAA’s mission to support families and communities in the Mohawk Valley.

Non Profit Administrator – Part Time

Human Resources and Operations Coordinator (Hybrid, Boston-based)

Reporting to the Associate Director of HR and Operations, the HR and Office Coordinator will maintain office operations and assist with the delivery of organization-wide HR initiatives. This position will be responsible for office management, and will support a wide variety of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement and retention, employee training and development, HR policies and compliance, and organizational culture.

Office Administrator

ECAD’s Office Administrator is an energetic, amicable, and highly organized individual who provides key support to the Director of Development, Marketing + Communications, as well as providing support to other key staff and/or departments. This individual will work independently as well as in various teams. She or he is a professional in her or his own right, and will be the first face and point of contact ECAD donors, prospective donors, volunteers and other constituents will encounter.
