Paid Summer Internship: Consultant for Mission-Driven Organizations

Public Profit is hiring for our summer 2025 internship. Interns are a fully integrated part of our project teams, providing substantive support on key organizational deliverables. The intern will spend roughly half of her/his time on data cleaning and analysis tasks and half on writing findings reports. Each intern will contribute to a portfolio of 3-4 projects during their time at Public Profit.

Program Manager, Student Support Program

The Center for Collaborative Education is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the implementation and management of a student support program designed to enhance the success and retention of community college students.

Development Manager

The Development Manager supports our fundraising work in a number of ways including: administration, campaign design and execution, and special events. The position works strategically with most departments across the organization and fundraising consultants to help us maximize our fundraising activities; engaging externally with community members, board members, and program partners.

Finance Director

The Finance Director leads all financial activities of Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. This full-time, year-round position is budgeted at 2080 hours annually based on a schedule of 40 hours per week. This is an in-person position with the hours of Monday–Friday from 8:30 am–4:30 pm.

Director of Operations

Future Currents is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Executive Assistant to manage the office of the Executive Director. In this critical role, the Executive Assistant will oversee the Executive Director’s schedule and tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and can anticipate needs in a thriving and fast-moving environment.

Director, Board Relations and Special Projects (Boston-based, Hybrid)

The Director, Board Relations and Special Projects provides executive-level support to the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. This role will further NBTS’ strategic and governance goals by coordinating the project management, communication, scheduling and organization required for maximum effectiveness by the NBTS Board of Directors and other related Boards.
