Manager, Finance and Operations

President and Executive Director

Program Manager

We are looking for an organized and dedicated Program Manager to lead our client service programs, including the Social Club and Day Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and volunteers, managing service delivery for the Villa de Vida housing development, and fostering a supportive community environment. This role involves direct client service, program coordination, and quality assessment.

Director of Operations

The Enamelist Society, Inc. is a professional society of enamel artists with a Board of Trustees who are all volunteers. That body and its officers are responsible for the Vision and objectives of TES. It is the role of the Director of Operations to support and accomplish the objectives via the operations of the society, office, staff and volunteers.

Finance and Administrative Support Specialist

The Finance and Administrative Specialist will manage the Foundation’s day-to-day financial record-keeping and reporting, while also providing administrative assistance to the Executive Director. The balance between bookkeeping functions and administrative support tasks will vary throughout the year depending on project assignments and seasonal priorities. This is a critical role for maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting its leadership team in achieving excellence.

Senior Grant Administrator

The Grant Administrator is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the grantmaking process including executing grant agreements and payments to grantees, providing partner support through onboarding, training and user technical support in the grant management system and adoption application. This role is also responsible for adoption count reviews and investigations to ensure adoption counts are accurate.
