Development Manager

The Development Manager supports our fundraising work in a number of ways including: administration, campaign design and execution, and special events. The position works strategically with most departments across the organization and fundraising consultants to help us maximize our fundraising activities; engaging externally with community members, board members, and program partners.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is a member of our executive team. The incumbent is responsible for the development and execution of all fundraising, marketing and communications activities for the organization. Weeksville Heritage Center currently focuses on government and institutional giving, while individual and corporate funding are emerging areas and the Director of Development will work to increase its funding diversification.

Grants Manager

Little League® International is currently seeking a Grants Manager to oversee all aspects of the grant function, focusing on both securing funding for local leagues and for Little League International. This role will work out of the Williamsport, PA Administrative Office, reporting to the VP of Philanthropy and Social Impact.This role will play a critical role in creating and managing grant programs that help local leagues access funding and serving as a resource and guide to local leagues.

Annual Fund Officer

The Annual Fund Officer is a pivotal member of our expanding philanthropy team, collaborating closely with the Director of Development to spearhead efforts aimed at elevating and growing the Annual Fund (currently at $3.1 million).

Executive Director

The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the organization, including financial stewardship and fundraising, community programs, outreach, and administration.
