Job Purpose: Partners for HOME seeks qualified applicants to help oversee the coordination of bridge and permanent housing for homeless households. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will support and improve the efforts between Atlanta CoC-wide shelter access, outcomes and performance. This role facilitates broad, cross-agency and cross-system communication, coordination, service access, outcome tracking, and accountability in support of new and existing shelter programs.
