Operations Associate

Protect Democracy is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the continued financial health of Protect Democracy, through expert management of day-to-day financial processes, rigorous analysis, and collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Executive Director – The DC Center for the LGBT Community – Washington, DC

The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Center and is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Center, including all personnel, fiscal, and operational matters. The Executive Director will provide leadership and oversight on activities related to all programs and services, fundraising and resource development, and outreach and community building. The Executive Director is expected to work closely and collaboratively with the Board of Directors, especially the Board Chair and/or Co-Chairs, on all Center matters. The Executive Director serves in a full-time, exempt status position, requiring a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Learning Manager

The Online News Association (ONA) is seeking a Learning Manager to oversee the creation and delivery of in-person and virtual training programs aimed at sharing best practices and inspiring innovation in journalism. This position will also help ONA evaluate the impact of our training on both participants and the journalism field.

The District of Columbia Baptist Convention is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director/Minister to lead in enhancing the vision and furthering the mission of the Convention. The Executive Director/Minister serves as the chief staff officer of the District of Columbia Baptist Convention responsible for administering funds exceeding $1.2M as well as all programs and ministries of the Convention under the direction of the Board of Directors. Convention staff is structured around the following areas: Ministries to Equip Leaders, Ministries to Engage Communities, Ministries to Empower Congregations, Ministries for Communications, as well as the Office of Administration and Stewardship. The successful candidate should be an ordained minister with a degree from an accredited seminary; by education, skill and experience capable of being an executive director/minister of a multicultural, urban-suburban convention; able to relate to pastors with effective listening and coaching skills; able to bring diverse people together for ministry and mission; capable of working with all Convention affiliates and partners both domestic and international; and have proven administrative, organizational and leadership skills. Director of Employment Initiatives

To achieve its mission, The Collective Blueprint builds partnerships with a multitude of employers across Memphis, large and small, for and non-profit. This position will work with leadership to develop strategies for employer engagement, manage relationships with employers for specific programming, and lead a variety of existing employer facing activities. The Director of Employment Initiatives will also design and develop large-scale initiatives, in partnership with post-secondary institutions and employers. They will also directly manage our Employment Coach and Business Development Associate who will provide direct coaching to young adults who are on the job.
