NIA Centre is looking for an inspiring and innovative Executive leader that has a tremendous love and appreciation for African American History. We are seeking leader with demonstrated success in non-profit leadership that has a desire to lead a world-class African American Cultural Centre in the making.

Director of Nonprofit Innovation

Montana Nonprofit Association is creating the Nonprofit Innovation LAB (Learn, Adapt, Breakthrough) to direct innovation and process improvement toward some of the most pressing administrative challenges nonprofits face. The LAB will serve as a nucleus for exploring and deploying products and creative processes which radically increase nonprofit administrative efficiencies. The Director of Nonprofit Innovation will function as the LAB director.

Vice President of Human Resources

The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The Association seeks a values-oriented, seasoned professional with a successful track record in all functional areas of human resources management and who has aptitude to provide visionary and strategic human resources leadership. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of human resources management processes aligned with the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. S/he will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will think strategically and manage multiple priorities. This person should be able to articulate a vision, create consensus and develop a strong, professional human resources staff.

Crossways Camping Ministries is focused on bringing people together in Christ so lives are changed and communities enhanced. This mission is accomplished by a commitment to providing year-round, quality, faith-empowered discovery for all.
Position Overview:
Crossways is an ACA accredited, multi-site organization that has been blessed to offer outdoor ministry experiences for more than 75 years. Crossways is seeking its next Executive Director to build upon this legacy, celebrating this rich history, with a clear and creative focus on the future. Crossways’ next Executive Director will be an individual with a vibrant personal faith, who can confidently minister within the context of Lutheran theology, as well as possess demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to bring the mission and vision of an organization to life. The Executive Director provides management and oversight of all Crossways Camping Ministries sites (Appleton, Waupaca, Clintonville, and Hatley, WI), including programs and operations. The executive director reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with them to strengthen and carry out the mission and vision of Crossways. This position holds accountability in areas including, but not limited to, Finance, Fundraising and Development, Communications, Human Resources, Planning and Program Development, Facility and Property Management.

Database & Prospect Research Analyst

Founded in 1965 under the sponsorship of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Moreau Catholic emphasizes college-preparatory excellence in all programs. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA). Moreau Catholic is a 1:1 laptop school focused on effectively integrating 21st century teaching and learning strategies. With 950 students, the co-educational student body reflects the rich ethnic and cultural diversity of the Bay Area.

Executive Director

We’ve been welcoming kids and families to our center on Monroe Street since 1997. We see 5,500 students each year for art and music lessons and have a $500,000 annual budget. We have a thriving infant and toddler music curriculum and a traveling community outreach program. Our families, students, faculty and staff have created a wonderful, creative community.

Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and evolution of the Monroe Street Arts Center (MSAC). The Executive Director is responsible for supervising staff and maintaining a positive, organizational culture. Overseeing stewardship of the organization’s financial assets while ensuring compliance with Board directives and applicable grantor, federal and state requirements, is also a priority.

President/CEO

The United Way Board of Directors is in search of a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The President/CEO provides innovative, collaborative leadership for the United Way in in developing financial resources and in identifying and responding to community health and human service priorities.

Donor Engagement Officer

The Donor Engagement Officer helps grow the pipeline of Annual Fund members of The President’s Circle, identifies new donors, and manages a portfolio of major and planned donors. The Donor Engagement Officer is responsible for identifying and qualifying donors for The President’s Circle as well as developing and implementing individual strategies for major donors to meet the fundraising goals of the organization. The primary objective of the Donor Engagement Officer is to help ensure a sustainable base of supporters and to create long-term relationships built on an understanding of the donor’s interests, passions and values; and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Environment Colorado State Director

The Environment Colorado State Director is responsible for developing our strategy, approach and local message to win our campaigns in Colorado.
