Executive Director

CMP is seeking an experienced mission driven Executive Director to lead our 501c3 nonprofit organization. Per CMP’s charter statement, the Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including strategic planning, program development, financial management, and personnel supervision. A proven track record of successful fundraising in the nonprofit sector is highly preferred.

Executive Director

Oversees the EFA, managing day-to-day operations and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan. Responsible for making operational decisions (soliciting feedback from staff in thoughtful consideration of the institutional memory and knowledge they hold) and consulting with the Board of Governors on any decisions with larger policy implications for the organization and its members. Works closely with staff, board members, and volunteers to provide strategic oversight and direction.

Development Manager, California

The Development Manager is responsible for implementing the mission through fundraising events and corporate, donor, and volunteer development.  This person in this role will grow signature events while deepening stakeholder engagement with the Foundation and cultivate partnerships that promote growth and awareness within the community.

The Campaign Director will provide support to the Campaign Committee, execute the segmented donor communication strategy, and be the primary relationship manager for lower-level campaign donors who contribute to the campaign in its final phase. Upon the campaign’s completion, this position has the potential to transition to a member of the Development Team.

Organizing Director

The Organizing Director will lead and expand our statewide advocacy efforts. This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing strategic campaigns that advance civil liberties and civil rights, with a focus on community engagement and mobilization. The ideal candidate is a senior-level organizer who has recruited, supervised, and trained organizing staff on issue-based and people-powered electoral campaigns.

Program Coordinator

The HCLF seeks a highly motivated and engaged full-time Program Coordinator. The program coordinator will collaborate with HCLF team members and volunteers to deeply integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across our patient-focused research programs. The program coordinator will support the HCLF in building and implementing best practices to ensure community engagement practices align with the needs of our patient network.
