Chief Development Officer, Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is the primary development partner to the Lawyers’ Committee’s board of directors and is an integral member of the executive leadership team. The CDO oversees all fundraising efforts, leading strategy, managing a $2M budget and a team of seven, with the opportunity to grow the development team further.

Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Equality Illinois, Equality Illinois Institute, and the Equality Illinois PAC Boards of Directors, the CEO will develop, refine, and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision, goals, and direction, ensuring alignment with Equality Illinois’ mission and values.

Senior Grant Administrator

The Grant Administrator is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the grantmaking process including executing grant agreements and payments to grantees, providing partner support through onboarding, training and user technical support in the grant management system and adoption application. This role is also responsible for adoption count reviews and investigations to ensure adoption counts are accurate.

Chief Development Officer

The CDO will expand and diversify fundraising by integrating corporate and workplace giving and strategically focusing on robust individual major gift initiatives. Provides an advanced level of clinical interventions & leadership within the Trauma Informed Care Initiative and interdisciplinary team within the Clinical Services Program and FAC programs/departments. Provides strengths-based, evidenced-based services in a trauma-sensitive manner to support the overall (personal, emotional, and social) well-being of FAC youth and families. Is an advocate for identified youth &families, responding in a culturally responsive, strengths-based manner.
