Grants & Accounts Payable Professional

The grants and accounts payable coordinator manages all aspects of grants administration, accounts payable processes and provides essential accounting support. This role is responsible for maintaining the financial and recordkeeping of donor restricted grants as well as assigned federal grants. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies, grantor requirements and accounting standards while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.

Senior Grant Administrator

The Grant Administrator is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the grantmaking process including executing grant agreements and payments to grantees, providing partner support through onboarding, training and user technical support in the grant management system and adoption application. This role is also responsible for adoption count reviews and investigations to ensure adoption counts are accurate.
