The Education Specialist will foster strengths-based, collaborative relationships with licensed in-home childcare providers. They will coach and support family and group family daycare providers in implementing play-based, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with the Department of Education (DOE) curriculum. By providing individualized support and professional development.
The communications and development specialist will: Implement an innovative and robust communications strategy that engages multiple audiences and builds upon an already strong website, social media, and e-newsletter presence. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with an engaged and skilled communications team as well as connect all staff including directors on multiple projects on a regular basis. Engage in regular grant prospecting, drafting, submission and reporting efforts.
