The Institute for the Development of Human Arts (IDHA) seeks a strategic, visionary, and values-driven Executive Director to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and evolution. This is a hands-on executive role within a small team that blends high-level strategy with day-to-day implementation.

Assistant Director of Patron Services

The Assistant Director of Patron Services is a key leadership position at The Music Hall, managing a team of three full-time and seasonal part time employees and is responsible for executing a first-class patron experience through patron engagement from point of inquiry through point of sale as well as on-site experience at all of The Music Hall’s venues. Development Manager

The Development Manager is responsible for management of the organization’s individual donors, primarily focused on peer-to-peer campaigns, volunteer programs, and community wide campaigns, and lending support in grants and corporate relations. The Development Manager will work with the Director of Development and the Chief of Staff and Strategy to identify new and prospective donors, expand peer-to-peer and DIY opportunities, expand corporate partners and foundation partners.

The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of the organization and oversight of all Girls Inc. programming. The Executive Director is responsible for managing staff, program administration and interfacing with Girls Inc. headquarters to ensure compliance within the network. S/he partners with the board of directors to ensure long-term planning; strong fund development success, and representation of Girls Inc. in the community.

This role requires navigating complex stakeholder relationships, managing conflict, and maintaining strong external partnerships. The ED must understand nonprofit, government, and military systems and serve as MMAA’s key representative, advancing its purpose in volatile and evolving environments.

Regional Director, New York

The Metro New York Regional Director will build upon a strong BENS network of existing members to recruit, retain, involve, and grow the membership base in the greater New York (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) area by fundraising for BENS initiatives; recruiting new members; involving current members in BENS project work and regional programs; building business-government partnerships; and organizing regular BENS events in the Metro New York Region.
