Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency seeks an experienced, mission-driven Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, and community impact. Reporting to the Board, this role oversees programs, finances, and partnerships, advancing MVCAA’s mission to support families and communities in the Mohawk Valley.
This role is to help with day-to-day operations, managing accountant, auditor, newsletters, donor relations, organizing donor data base, draft newsletter, bookkeeping , help with governance, preparing agenda and minutes for/from meetings. Must have experience with non-profit 3-5 years.
Reporting to the Associate Director of HR and Operations, the HR and Office Coordinator will maintain office operations and assist with the delivery of organization-wide HR initiatives. This position will be responsible for office management, and will support a wide variety of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement and retention, employee training and development, HR policies and compliance, and organizational culture.
