Community Health Services (CHS) is a nonprofit safety-net clinic based in Aspen, Colorado. As a clinical arm Public Health Dept, CHS has been a provider of patient-centered preventive health services that prioritizes low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals and families. CHS programs include sexual and reproductive health services, cancer screenings, family planning, prenatal care, child and adult immunizations, oral hygiene clinics, patient navigation and community education.

Director of Membership & Individual Giving

The Director of Membership & Individual Giving communicates and cultivates a widerange of supporters and members, including board members and major donors. Responsibilitiesinclude the strategizing, management, and analysis of the Conservancy’s direct mail campaigns;identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects to develop individual donor portfolios;and establishing processes and structures to manage and monitor significant fundraising and communityoutreach efforts.
