The Executive Director is the senior administrator of the Joyce Ivy Foundation and reports to the Board of Directors. While the individual works remotely, they are frequently required to be present and travel in the Midwest, USA. Strong preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Midwest, USA.

The Chief Executive Officer isresponsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plans of the organization across Texas.Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to theBoard of Directors.
This position works under various funded contracts with regards to specific training and technical assistance identified within a contract, this includes working with indigenous and marginalized communities. This position works closely with Program Outreach and Advocacy Manager. Additionally, this position assists with our annual conference with substantial responsibilities for coordinating Audio-Visual, technical needs, summation and distribution of evaluations as well as other duties assigned
The Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) seeks a Director of Field Operations to work collaboratively with other Directors, Managers, and MNA staff to achieve MNA’s strategic goals and priorities through member engagement, representation, and organizing. The primary responsibility of this position is leading all aspects of the union’s labor relations and organizing programs which includes collective bargaining, contract enforcement, new member organizing, internal organizing and member advocacy.
